Returns & Exchanges

At The Useless Pancreas, we want you to love your gear as much as you love a perfect glucose reading. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print it out and securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to monitor your return's journey back to us.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
